Sovereignty
TAKE YOUR DATA WITH YOU.
No vendor lock-in. No "well actually our format is proprietary." Free your marketing. True data sovereignty.
The promise
Three sentences. No asterisk.
- Every contact, every form submission, every reply, every brand asset — yours, exportable, portable.
- Hosted by us today; self-hosted by you tomorrow if you want; one command, public schema.
- The first self-host migration is free, with a HitCreate engineer on the call. No retention game.
What's portable
Everything.
- → brand.json — your brand identity
- → contacts.jsonl — every lead and contact, line-delimited JSON
- → submissions.jsonl — every form submission, full payload
- → replies.jsonl — every reply sent, with the draft + sent payload
- → deals.jsonl — pipeline state and history
- → outcomes.jsonl — feedback loop closures
- → templates/ — every reply template, branded
- → primitives/ — schemas + Docker compose for self-host
All schemas are public. See /docs.
Three self-host paths
Pick your sovereignty level.
Path 1 — Hosted
HitCreate runs it. You log in, you use it. Your data is exportable any time. Default for Self-serve + Agent and most White-label.
Path 2 — Hybrid
Worker on your infrastructure (Cloudflare Worker, Docker, your VPS), DB on HitCreate. Used by technical teams who want operational visibility without owning the full stack.
Path 3 — Full self-host
All of it on your infrastructure. Postgres + Node worker + Stalwart MTA + your domain. Docker compose ships in the export. First migration is free with an engineer on the call. For sovereignty-leaning clients (legal, health, finance) — specialist sign-off recommended pre-engagement.
Why we do it this way
Retention is earned, not enforced.
Most platforms treat your data as a moat — proprietary formats, dark patterns at export, $5K migration fees. We think retention is a product problem, not a lock-in problem. If we're not worth your monthly fee, you should walk easily.
And if the day comes that your business changes shape and self-hosting is right for you, we'll help you do it. The first self-host migration is free with an engineer on the call.
See what walks with you.
The export format is a public schema in /docs. Read it before you commit. No email gate.
